Already and following the above mandate that I gave you, I declare and acknowledge that for the first time and before any other broker, DIMITRIOS POLLATOS in his capacity as a real estate broker (hereinafter the “BROKER”), has indicated to me for this purpose, the following properties:

In case of a preliminary agreement or sale of the above property to me personally, I promise and undertake the obligation to pay you a brokerage fee of 2% plus VAT 24%. In case I do not purchase the property, no fee is due.
Furthermore, at the time of indication I was informed that the above properties have no material defects.
The above fee is considered by me to be reasonable, fair and proportionate to the intermediary efforts and negotiation services required for this particular contract and therefore, I expressly declare that there is no case for its reduction, expressly and unreservedly waiving any related claim. This fee is due regardless of whether the same property was indicated subsequently, i.e. after signing this agreement, by another real estate broker.

This mandate is valid indefinitely for the properties you have indicated to me.

This brokerage agreement is governed by Law on Real Estate Brokers 4072/2012, by articles 703 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code as well as by par. 1 of article 2 of Presidential Decree 248/1993.

I expressly and unreservedly declare that I accept that the above-mentioned broker may also act for my counterparty upon receipt of a lawful mandate.

It is agreed by the contracting parties that the Courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or during the execution of this agreement.

Amendment of this agreement is possible only in writing.
