Following the above mandate, I hereby declare and acknowledge that for the first time and before any other broker, DIMITRIOS POLLATOS, in his capacity as a real estate broker (hereinafter "BROKER"), has indicated to me for this purpose, the following properties:

In the event of leasing the above property by me personally, I promise and undertake the obligation to pay you a brokerage fee of one month's rent plus 24% VAT. In case I do not lease the property, I owe no fee.
Furthermore, at the time of the viewing, I was informed that the above properties have no actual defects.
The above fee is considered by me as reasonable, fair, and proportional to the brokerage efforts and negotiation services required for this specific agreement. Therefore, I expressly declare that there is no case for its reduction, waiving expressly and unconditionally any relevant claim. This fee is due regardless of whether the same property was indicated subsequently, i.e., after the signing of this document, by another real estate broker.

This mandate is valid indefinitely for the properties you have indicated to me.

This brokerage agreement is governed by the Law on Real Estate Brokers 4072/2012, by articles 703 et seq. of the Civil Code, as well as by par. 1 of article 2 of PD 248/1993.

I expressly and unconditionally declare that I accept that the above-mentioned broker may also act for the counterparty upon receipt of a legal mandate.

I have read and acknowledged the link: Privacy Policy regarding the management of my personal data and I consent to their processing.

It is agreed by the contracting parties that for the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or during the execution of this agreement, the Courts of Athens have jurisdiction.

Any modification of this agreement is possible only in writing.
